Here’s how it works…

1. Choose the canvas size you’d like as well as your framing preference and add it to your cart. Want a size larger than what’s offered? Please fill out a Project Request page and we can talk about making it happen!

2. Once you check out, please send me an email at kristenkellarstudio@gmail.com with your name, order number, and reference photos of your pet. Make sure the photos are of the pose you like and preferably in natural light. If there are any florals, landscape features, or a specific color you’d like in the background, please include those details in the email. I will get back to you in the next few days with a layout idea. Once I get your approval, I’ll begin painting!

3. Please allow around 4-6 weeks for your Pet Portrait to be painted and shipped.

Please note: Returns are not accepted on custom pieces. I’ll send you a photo of the finished painting before it’s shipped. In that time, please let me know if there are any adjustments that need made (only one adjustment allowed; and additional changes will require an additional fee).
